We've Moved!

Seacoast Outright is now holding Friday night Support Group Meetings at Yoga by Donation in downtown Portsmouth! Group starts at 7PM. Yoga by Donation is at 147 Congress St. above the natural foods store. If you park at the "whale wall" the entrance is around the back or through the natural food store. Feel free to ask any of the other youth or a facilitator if you're confused about how to get in! We'd be happy to help.

Please keep in mind that YBD is donated to us free of charge. We need to respect their space, and that means no food, drinks, or shoes in the studio! Also, if you're able to make a donation of any size to YBD they'd surely appreciate it. Or, come to group early and enjoy Laughing Yoga! It starts at 6PM and again, it's all by donation!

Currently there is no Tuesday night group, sorry about that! As soon as we're able to provide those services again you'll be the first to know!
